Returns in Stores

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it free of charge.  Orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item and the full amount will be refunded.

In-Store Purchases

All purchases made in our retail stores must be returned to our retail locations. If you are unhappy with your glasses or contact lenses, please bring them back into our store. You can do one of two things:

  • 1 - Exchange the product for other frames and lenses currently available in inventory (if the replacement product is more expensive, you must make up the difference between the amount paid and the new price; if the new item is less expensive, we will refund you the difference)
  • 2 - Refund the product for a full refund

To get a full refund or exchange, you must complete this process within 30 days of receipt of your glasses or contacts.

Progressive-Specific Issues

We also provide a free 30-Day Progressive Adaptation Warranty. Customers who purchase progressive lenses have a period of 30 days after receiving your new glasses to adjust to the lens design. If you feel unable to the specific design of the lenses, we can provide up to two free lens refits with replacement lenses of equal or lesser value (we will refund any difference to you). We can also provide a full refund upon return of the product if you are unable to adjust to the lens design within the 30-day period. 

Prescription Changes

If a Doctor determines that you require a change of prescription within 90 days of the eye exam used to place your order, we can provide a one- time free lens replacement. This free replacement will include the same materials and enhancements as the original purchase, if those items are presently available. Any upgrade costs will be passed on to you.
