Which payment methods can I use?

All major credit cards can be used, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. If you would like to use vision benefits to pay for your purchase, you will need to contact our customer service at 1-800-FOR-EYES.

Can I order contact lenses for only one eye?

Yes you can. You can disable or enable one of the two blue check marks with the text ‘left’ and ‘right’. This way you can order your lenses for only one eye.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Are you sure you have entered the correct code? Make sure the code hasn’t expired or that it has not been used previously. If you want to be sure, please reach out to our customer service. We wouldn't want you to miss out on any great discounts.

How do you handle my personal data?

We understand that your data is private, we therefore handle your data with great care and have taken several security measures to protect this data. Read more about it in our privacy notice.

Can I try other contact lenses?

If you want to try different contact lenses we advise you to always do this after consulting your optician. Eyes are sensitive, we want to take good care of them.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

What should I do if I received the wrong contact lenses?

If you received the wrong contact lenses, please reach out to our customer service. We will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

The lenses I ordered were damaged. What should I do?

If the order you received was damaged, please reach out to our customer service. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.


What shipping service do you use?

We use the USPS for all orders of prescription glasses. You will be notified when. your order has shipped and most orders arrive within 2 - 4 days. For contact lenses, orders are shipped directly from our distributor using UPS. Those orders generally arrive within 1 - 3 days.

When will my order be shipped?

For contact lenses that are in stock, they are generally shipped within 1 business day. For those not in stock, we ship them within 2 – 5 business days.
For prescription glasses, shipping depends on your specific lens request and your prescription. In many cases, we ship prescription eyeglasses within 2 – 5 business days. For more complicated prescriptions or lenses that need special attention, it might take an additional few days. Regardless, you should expect to receive your order within 10 business days.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

We start processing your order as soon as you place it on our website. If you have a change of heart, you can certainly cancel. Please contact customer service as quickly as possible so that we don't start work on your order. You can request a cancellation or return at

What if some of the items in my order are in stock and others are not?

Contact lenses are always shipped separately, directly from our distributor. They will ship out all contacts in one shipment. We always ship orders of prescription glasses in one complete shipment. So if one pair of glasses requires lenses that are not in stock, we will wait for all items to be ready at the same time. Nevertheless, it is rare to not receive all of your prescription glasses within 10 business days.
