You should bring your vision and medical insurance information to your appointment. Don't forget your prescription eyewear, including eyeglasses, contact lenses, and prescription sunglasses. Do I have to get an eye exam at For Eyes to get a new pair of eyeglasses?
We happily accept valid prescriptions issued by a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. You do not need to get an eye exam from an Independent Doctor at For Eyes to shop with us. However, we recommend comprehensive eye exams every year to stay on top of your vision health.
