I placed an order in a store, but my store is still closed. How can I get my glasses/contacts/sunglasses?
I don’t see my brand – does that mean you don’t carry them?
Even if you don’t see your brand online, we might carry it. Please Call 1 (800)FOR-EYES and speak with a member of our team to see if we are able to order your brand.
Can I use my vision insurance for online or phone purchases?
You are welcome to use your vision benefits for any optical purchase, but each plan operates a little differently. Please contact us at 1 (800)FOR-EYES and select option 1 so that we can help you maximize your benefits.
I got my prescription at For Eyes, but I can’t find it. Do you have it on file?
In some cases, yes, in some cases, no. Each store operates differently, depending on their location. In some For Eyes stores, there is an optometrist employed by For Eyes. In other cases, there is an Independent Doctor of Optometry who operates their practice in or adjacent to our stores. We will do everything we can to help get your prescription – please contact us at email@example.com or call 1 (800)FOR-EYES and we will put you in touch with the doctors, access the information from our systems, or explore other possibilities. Please provide your name, address, email address, phone number, For Eyes Store location/doctor’s name. We will get back to you quickly.
My prescription for contacts is expired. Can I still buy contact lenses?
It’s possible that your prescription may still have validity after the 12-month period, depending on the state where you live. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will to determine if you are able to purchase contacts.
Can I order contact lenses online?
Yes. We offer the majority of our products online – just visit our online store. You will need your valid prescription details, shipment information and payment. We will process all orders and contact you if necessary.
What do I do if I have an optical emergency?
Please proceed to your nearest emergency room.
I had an exam scheduled before you closed your stores. What should I do?
We will contact you by phone or email to reschedule when our locations reopen. You can also reschedule using our online scheduler; as soon as we have dates for reopening, the scheduler will be reactivated.
