Knowing Your Frame SizeWhen selecting frames, it's helpful to know what size frame is the best fit. This information can be found by looking at a pair of frames you may already own, or by visiting a local For Eyes location. If you're in an area without a For Eyes location, you can visit any optical store nearby, or call (800) FOR-EYES to speak with a dedicated customer service associate.
If you have an existing pair of frames, you can quickly identify the designer name, model number and frame size on the inside of the temples. The picture below is a quick guide to help you identify your eyeglasses and shows sizing information.
Every frame has the same markins on the temples (arm pieces) or behind the bridge (nose area) as shown here.
