Return Policy FAQ
All of our lenses and frames are rigorously inspected and hand fit to our highest standards. The same standards required for every pair of eyeglasses sent daily to one of our 140 stores nationwide. All of our lens manufacturing and assembly is done in the USA.
We stand behind every pair of eyeglasses we sell. If you are not completely happy with them, call one of our customer service associates at (800) FOR-EYES and we'll make sure you are taken care of quickly and with the same attention you would receive in any of our stores.
2. How do I exchange or return my order?Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling one of our customer service associates at (800) FOR-EYES. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.
