Our loyal customers are our best ambassadors, and For Eyes is consistently recognized for outstanding customer service and satisfaction. It is our goal to provide you with the same level of service and intimacy you would receive at any one of our over 140 stores worldwide.
Your glasses are an expression of who you are — if you are not completely happy with them, return them within 30 days of purchase and we'll help you choose a style that makes you smile. Should your frames break during this 30-day period, we'll replace the same frame, free. All original products must be returned, we are unable to give cash refunds.
Your lenses were custom made with great care. If your doctor determines a change in your prescription is needed within 90 days of your original eye exam, we'll provide you with a one-time lens replacement, free! Since your lenses are created to perfectly fit your frames, we'll also need to send your frames back to our lab for lens refit. Once you've received an RMA, we'll provide a prepaid shipping box to send them back — hassle free.
Kids run, kids jump, kids play. That's why we're happy to provide free repairs and a one time no fault frame replacement if needed within the first year of purchase. Your child's glasses come with polycarbonate lenses, which are 10x more impact resistant than regular plastic, and have a built-in UV filter to help protect children's eyes from the sun's harmful UV rays. Kids will be kids — our glasses and warranty can keep up with them.
