Store Manager
Lead a team of dedicated Associates to meet business objectives while satisfying the optical needs of For Eyes customers. Ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Coach and train Associates to achieve personal and store goals.
Qualifications include: excellent knowledge of optics, prior management experience, and ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. May occasionally require travel to work in different store locations in District. ABO Certification and/or State license required.
Optician
Assist customers in frame and lens selection that meets their needs; ensure customer satisfaction; work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Achieve established sales goals and objectives that result in personal rewards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail sales and/or customer service experience, and superior verbal communication skills. Knowledge of basic mathematics and algebra, the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. Professional demeanor a must. Prior optical experience highly desirable.
Optometrists
