Many health insurance programs provide coverage for routine eyecare services including comprehensive eye examinations, eyeglasses, and contact lenses. Although we do not participate with all eyecare plans, For Eyes Optical's everyday low prices are often less than the discounts available through your benefit plan. For Eyes does not currently accept insurance for web orders.

For Eyes is acknowledged as an out-of-network provider by VSP and will reimburse you for your purchase, provided that you have an applicable out-of-network benefit in your plan.

You may purchase your Eyewear at FOREYES.COM and then submit the itemized receipt that you will receive with your order to VSP for reimbursement. To receive your reimbursement, submit your itemized receipt for your order along with the VSP out-of-network reimbursement form to:
